From 1 October to 30 April the services such as restaurant, bar, swimming pool, taxi boat and beach are suspended.
The hotel day starts from hour 14:00 and ends at 10:00.
Please note that the hotel is accessible by foot via an unpaved road which is 150 metres long and ends with 60 steps.

The 24-hour taxi boat runs from 01 May to 30 September. It is available on request and at an additional cost, except children under 11 years. The boat departs from the jetty on Via Boccaccio in Ischia Ponte.
From 1 October to 30 April the beach is always accessible but the umbrelladeckchair rental service is not available.
Beach access includes 1 umbrella and 2 sun loungers per room. The private beach is always included in the room price.
